A : Please refer to the step by step explanation as described below;
1. Scan the QR code on the watch screen with your mobile phone to download "DaFit" APP from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Alternatively, you may scan the QR code on the User Manual or search through the App Store accordingly to download and install the APP.
3. Once installed, open the APP, click on "Add a device", search for device named 'T45S', and complete the pairing connection according to the interface prompts.
Please verify the Bluetooth name displayed on the phone and the watch are the same when pairing.
4. You can start using the watch after pairing successfully.
A : It is compatible with Android 5.0 & above for Android Phone, as well as iOS 9.0 & above for iPhone. Supported Bluetooth 5.0 protocol.

A : No, it doesn't have a built-in GPS sensor.
A : Please make sure that you connect the watch via the APP first, not the phone Bluetooth. Make sure the mobile phone network signal is good. If you still can't find the watch Bluetooth, please restart your smartphone.
A : No, It does not have the NFC function.
