1. Scan the QR code on the User Manual or search through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your smartphone to download and install the "H Band" APP.
2. Open the APP, you can choose any of the following to access;
a) Sign up a new account
b) Log in if you already have an account
c) Tick the box to agree on the privacy policy and tap on "No account login" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap on Allow and follow the interface prompts, fill out your personal data and goal.
4. Next, tap on Scanning equipment and allow the APP to access your device location. Do make sure your watch is close to the phone. Your watch will appear on the list, tap on it.
5. Follow the prompts to do your selection to enable notifications.
