A : It comes with one year warranty.
A: Please refer to the step by step explanation below;
- Long press on the power button of the watch.
- Scan the QR Code displayed on the watch using your mobile phone which maydirect you to "Wearfit Pro" App in the App Store, OR you may search the name from the store as alternative way. Click download to install the App on your mobile phone.
- Open the "Wearfit Pro" App and look for the scan button. Scan the QR code on the watch for pairing, OR you may search the device from the App to do the same.
- On the App look for Wechat scan, next scan the QR code on the watch to confirm the SN number.
Notes:
- You may need to upgrade to the latest software version for a better experience when there is an update prompt.
- Do not connect your phone with the watch using Bluetooth when performing pairing with the App.
- When you have successfully connected to App on iOS system, you will be prompted a request for pairing via Bluetooth. Do click on "Pair" to bridge connection and enable your watch to receive phone call, text messages as well as other notification synchronous to your phone..
- On the other hand, Android system will prompt a request for permission to activation after successfully connected your watch to the App on your phone. Follow the course to grant permission.
